Day Two

Launch attack plan

Mapping out the sales process, whilst getting an understanding for what marketing efforts and assets required to hit the targets set out enrolling on to the programme. Sales Accelerator Solution Preparation – With confidence in who, how and what you sell, we introduce the CRM and customisable sales calendar that give you and your team the real hack, the habits that serve the designed approach. The second day is the fun bit, launch planning, we work out exactly what needs to happen and in what order to line up a successful launch attack plan. Depending on what is identified as a requirement for your unique approach to your market, you will leave this day with clarity and some serious focus.
